To ensure the construction quality of project we assist the developer in producing key QA/QC documents required while performing each activity which also helps EPC for their close supervision and receiving compliances from subcontractors for maintaining project records.

We conduct on-site quality management and deliver the following documents :

  • Weekly Construction Appraisal: We provide Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) which includes progress made during the week and comparing it to the projected schedule. The report also highlights critical concerns which may impact the COD of the project. Observed quality lapses, the associated risks and suggestions to mitigate the same are also provided.
  • Critical Observation Report (COR): The report indicates major quality lapses by the contractor that requires immediate rectification. It is necessary to avoid these reoccurrence during the construction of project.
  • Non-Conformity Reports (NCR): This report highlights observed non-conformities to agreed design and drawing and standard industry practices.
  • Checklist Review Report (CRR): This report indicates all important quality verifications to be included in checklists used by the EPC contractors.
  • Punch Points List (PPL): This covers preparation of comprehensive snag list for each modular block of the project to ensure the compliances of quality issues and completion of all pending works.
