Our services include:

To ensure the construction quality of project we assist developer to produce a key QA/QC documents required while performing each activity which also helps EPC for their close supervision and receiving compliances from subcontractors for maintaining project records.

We conduct on-site quality management and deliver:

  • Weekly Construction Monitoring: We provide Weekly Progress Report (WPR) which includes weekly progress assessment comparing with projected schedule and indicate the critical concerns which may impact the project COD. Furthermore quality lapses observed with associated risks, and suggestions to mitigate the highlighted risks.
  • Site Observation Report (SOR):The report is to indicate major quality lapses from the contractor’s end for immediate rectification and to avoid the re-occurrence during construction work.
  • Critical Observation Report (COR): The Report is to indicate major quality lapses from contractor for immediate rectification and to avoid the reoccurrence during the construction of project.
  • Non-Conformity Reports (NCR): This report highlights any non-conformities observed with reference to agreed design and drawing and standard industry practices.
  • Checklist Review Report (CRR): This report indicates all important quality checks to be included in checklists provided by the EPC contractors.
  • Punch Points List (PPL): This covers preparation of comprehensive snag list for each modular block of the project to ensure the compliances of quality issues and completion of all pending works.
